Return Process:
- Customers must inform our support team within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will take the following
steps:
■ Arrange a replacement parcel for the customer.
■ Alternatively, provide a cash coupon equivalent to the total value of the
returned item.
Refund :
- We do not offer refunds for any returns.
